Booth Free School’s Parent Teacher Organization’s (PTO) mission is to assist the school system in the educational development of each child, thereby enhancing both the social and academic experience. All children benefit equally from PTO’s efforts, regardless of one’s family contribution. It also serves as a communication agent between home and school. The PTO is responsible for the development of a calendar of enrichment programs, events, and fundraisers.
It’s expected that each family in the Booth Free School community make a contribution, whether it be monetary or volunteering one’s time. Each family chooses for itself what it can give. Together, we share in both the work of planning and executing all PTO activities; and the joy of building the foundation on which our children may develop and flourish into successful adolescents.
