School Supplies Fundraiser

Is the to-do list getting too long? Let us help by taking care of the school supply shopping for you!

There are two ways to place your order:

  1. Print and complete this form and return it to school (along with a check made payable to “BFS PTO”) by the last day of school June 22, 2017.
  2. Or, place your order online. Orders will be accepted from June, 28 until July 17, 2017.

When you child returns for the 2017-2018 school year, we will have their back-to-school supplies waiting on their desk on the first day of school!

Please note that each teacher handles the supply distribution differently and most supplies will be stored at school. Proceeds from this fundraiser will help support the PTO events and enrichment programs for the 2017/2018 school year.
